Akufo-Addo maintains Lord Commey, Frema Opare, Bediatuo, others as first appointments to his office pop up

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has made his first appointment after he was re elected as President in December 2020 elections.

The President maintained his loyal , committed and dedicated members of his staff.

The first appointment sighted indicated the President’s resolve to maintain hardworking and result oriented staff to help him succeed in his 2nd term.

Dr. Lord Oblitey Commey has been retained as Director of Operations at the Presidency. Akosua Frema Osei-Opare as Chief of Staff , Nana Asante Bediatuo as Secretary to the President among others.

Though the disputed December presidential elections is in court, it’s not taking any shine out of the President’s way. He is staying focused and working as usual to ensure governance was not stalled.

The Presidency has also hinted on drastically minimizing the size of government by collapsing some ministries and configure others.

In a statement signed by the Ag. Director of Communications at the Jubilee House, had it that the appointees execute their responsibilities in acting capacities until the Council of State is constituted.
